GED Prep at IRSC
No matter when you left school, IRSC can set you off to a successful career pathway with the help of teachers who care about you. We have year-round open enrollment so you can register at any time. Your skills will be evaluated to ensure that you begin at the level that's best for you. Our program is designed to help you develop the skills needed to pass the required GED® exams: reading, writing, language, math, science, and social studies . You also have the opportunity to take the official GED® Ready Practice Test and earn scholarships. As a GED prep student at IRSC, you may qualify to co-enroll in quick-job training and certificate courses and that will give you the job-readiness skills that are in demand. With the correct preparation you'll successfully earn your high school diploma and may apply to one of more than 100 degree, certificate, and quick-job training programs offered at IRSC. The GED prep program is available to students who live in the following counties: Indian River, Martin, Okeechobee, and St Lucie. Summer classes are currently being held completely online.
